Live A Pain Free Life

Cassie is a diligent Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience in the musculoskeletal field. She seamlessly integrates acupuncture, cupping, and remedial massage to provide comprehensive, personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Cassie emphasizes evidence-based acupuncture supported by scientific research. Whether you’re dealing with acute or chronic pain, arthritis, anxiety, stress, digestive or gynecological issues, or post-stroke recovery, Cassie is committed to helping you achieve relief and enhance your overall well-being through integrative and personalized care.

Cassie’s journey into TCM began after a severe car accident when she was 27. Facing surgery, she chose acupuncture instead, undergoing daily treatments for a year with remarkable results. Inspired by her own healing, she is now dedicated to helping others achieve lasting wellness through holistic care.

Herbal Medicine helps with severe and complex health problems

I always want my patients to regain full health as quickly as possible, in order to achieve the best result, sometimes I prescribe Herbal Medicine for those who have more severe or complex health problems. Chinese Herbal Medicine is often used to help with chronic fatigue, Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP), irregular menstruation, Pre-Menstruation Syndrome (PMS), digestive problems such as chronic constipation, diarrhoea, slow digestion, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), and many other issues.

I understand people do not have time to cook raw herbs, so except in severe cases, I usually prescribe granule forms that can easily dissolve in warm water and be ready to drink in less than one minute.
